Keeping your body healthy

 Do you think your body is healthy? To be sure you have to take care of your personal hygiene, eat healthy options and exercise a lot. If you do not often do the following that could lead to diabetes or worse. Here are some ways to help.

 Personal hygiene
 You can keep clean by thinking about your oral hygiene. This is brushing your teeth. You should always brush your teeth once in the morning, and evening. Do not eat after a night brush. Next , showering. You should shower etheisonce in the morning or night. Use soap when showering so you clean off germs and don't get sick.lastly clean your clothes. Even if you shower properly dirty clothes will put the germs back on you and may pass to others. So clean your clothes,shower and brush your teeth.
 Healthy eating
It is recommended that you eat a variety of different colored fruits and vegetables. It is true that different colored fruits and vegetables give you different vitamins and vitamins have nutrients that will give your body energy to do things. It is common for families to go ahead and buy junk food such as Mcdonalds, Wendys, Kfc for convenience. But the best option is your own homemade healthy meal because the food from the junk food places have lots of preservatives. The more preservatives they have the less nutrients in the food. Therefore you should have a balanced diet as your healthiest option. In a balanced Meal you have veggies and fruits carbohydrates like bread and rice and protein such as  meat and fish.

 Exercising
Exercising is very important. Exercise daily, whether running round the garden a field or doing real sports. As a start to being fit you can enrol yourself into tennis, rugby and soccer. Choose the one you're comfortable with. If you can't find a sport that you're interested in don't go home and lie on the couch eating crisps all day. Try jogging/ running around your neighborhood. Exercising moves your muscles and helps the digestive system so you don't have stomach aches or other diseases.
